Drawing on her training as an architect Vantu’s work explores our physical relationship and interaction with the built environment in our spatial surroundings. Her installations provoke spatial inquiry into our routine environments – making the familiar unfamiliar and broadening our consciousness awareness of our surroundings. 

Vantu is currently a MPhil/PhD candidate in Architectural Design at UCL London having completed Master of Arts Contemporary Arts Practice at Coventry School of Art and Design in 2013. Vantu has exhibited widely across the USA and Europe and has been the recipient of numerous awards and grants including the Norrköping AIR 2014 artists residency.
